Pool Cue Extensions are not all the same. Read and Learn before buying any extension. Approximately 8% of our pool shooting time is involved with the use of a bridge, and many of us think of the bridge as a tool that we have yet to master. With just a little more reach on the table we could eliminate 2/3 of that time with the bridge. The right extension will give you the control that you need to make that unreachable shot. You will be more comfortable using an extension, rather than the bridge. The extension can be used, in conjunction with the bridge, for very long difficult shots. There are some "extension gimmicks" that you may have seen in Magazines or on TV. Your extension should look and feel like part of the cue. It should be quick to put on and remove. A cue should be fitted to receive an extension. The extension should fit easily in your back pocket for quick and convenient access, or you may want an extension caddy that fits on your belt while playing. The right extension should be an asset to a pool game while functioning well with your cue. It should be made in a traditional cue makers style. Personalized to your particular cue. Make sure it is a legal extension : you can't break a cue down to put on an extension in most games. Facts On Pool Cue Extensions 1. In most cases an extension will cut bridge use by two thirds.
