pressed sawdust or cheap woods stained and decaled to imitate inlays and good woods.

 Cues that are made in China, Japan or Asia are usually made like this

and then signed with a USA name.

The better value is with a custom made cue inexpensive or expensive.

and is accepted in the world of  (Billiards/Pool).
